National Foster Parent Association Newsletter - November 2025

The NFPA is a respected national voice for Foster, Adoptive and Kinship Parents through Networking, Education and Advocacy.

Arnie Eby, NFPA Executive Director

November is National Adoption Month

November is National Adoption Month—a time to honor the families who have opened their hearts and homes, and to recognize the children and youth still waiting for permanency.

Foster parents step up to provide stability for a child in an uncertain situation, offering love and guidance during some of life’s most difficult transitions.

Adoption represents hope fulfilled—the moment a child finds their forever family. This month, let’s celebrate those stories, support those still in progress, and renew our commitment to help every child experience belonging. Your compassion changes lives daily, and together, we can ensure every young person knows they are valued, seen, and never alone.

Thank you for the extraordinary difference you make in the lives of children and families.

Arnie
